Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how JSB Automation packages, ships and delivers ultrasonic welding, sewing and cutting machines to customers across India.

1. Delivery Coverage

We ship from our facility in Bawana Industrial Area, New Delhi to customers across Delhi NCR and all major cities in India, via our logistics partners and transport tie-ups.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Standard, in-stock machines typically dispatch within 3–7 working days of order confirmation and advance payment.
• Customized or made-to-order machines may take longer, depending on configuration complexity — our team will confirm an estimated timeline at the time of order.
• Transit time varies by destination and the transport mode selected, typically 2–10 days after dispatch.

Timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as transporter delays, regional restrictions or force majeure events.

3. Freight & Packaging Charges

Freight charges are calculated based on machine weight, dimensions and destination, and are quoted separately unless otherwise agreed. Machines are securely packed in wooden crates or protective packaging suited to safe transport of industrial equipment.

4. Risk & Ownership In Transit

Ownership and risk in the goods transfer to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the transporter, unless a different arrangement (such as door-delivery with installation) has been agreed in writing.

5. Receiving Your Shipment

• Please inspect the packaging at the time of delivery and note any visible damage on the transporter's delivery receipt before accepting the shipment.
• Report any transit damage or shortages to our team within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos, so we can assist with a claim or replacement.

6. Installation & Setup

For select machines, on-site installation and commissioning support can be arranged separately. Please discuss this requirement with our sales team before placing your order.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, our team will share transporter and tracking details (where available) via phone, email or WhatsApp.
